It's there anyone that makes an aftermarket tach for a 78? I want something that I can put in place of the original tach that looks stock. But the thing is I want something that is more accurate than the original one. sometimes I catch it acting up during a 1/4 mile pass. It will twitch a little bit and it seems kind of lazy sometimes. If there is no such thing then I guess I will hide a shift light somewhere.

I had tach issues, replaced the board on the back and it works fine now. I could not find a aftermarket one that fit in well with the other original gauges and did not want to change them all. I Love the blue you have on your 78. I am also a 78 owner and have been struggling with color choice. I have been looking for a good red, but your blue really got my attention.
