Default Enclosed Transports: Any Recommendations?

The company that was to transport the corvette I just purcashed was supposed to pick the car up @ 9:00 A.M., but called and let me know that they had just been bought out and would not be able to make things happen.

Would anyone care to make a recommendation of an enclosed transport company that they have used with great results?

Thanks.

Bryan

Bryan, cool '68 you bought there-we'll need more pics after you get it.

I've heard nothing but good results from the major ones-Intercity, Reliable, Thomas C. Sunday, Horseless Carriage. You'll have to call around for prices. Ones that have a terminal nearest you might have the best price. Or, I might get some vacation time and just drive it for ya.

Horseless Carriage has a great reputation, but is pricey. I had a very good experience with Weber Auto Transport. They use 2 car carriers, and so can deliver door to door in two days or less (most of the companies that use larger carriers will tell you it can take up to two weeks, and that usually means your car is getting driven on and off the carrier every time they load or unload another car).
