Default Disapearing thread

I'm sure that the powers that be are reading this and I just wondered if it was a common ocurence. I posted a thread the other day describing my breakdown of the stock steering column from my 73, It actually turned out simple and I explaned it that way. When I logged to check responces, even under a search the thread was gone, Disapeared.....
Not to tread on any toes , just thought I'de post about it, If this thread dissapears too I'll understand.

I started one a week or so ago on Vacuum Control Relays and I can't find it either.

search capabilites are really bad lately and i have not been able to find anything on them....also i have posted responses and they are not showing up, i think its just busy on the cyper highway

Not realy sure, I'm a 53 year old man who has several degrees and worked for British Leyland Motor company for 4 years in the late 70's I'm sure I wasn't endangering anyone with my description, just trying to empart a little info.

I just tried like 5 times to post on the cromalusion paint thread. Every time I hit post reply, it goes to the reply to thread page, but there is just a big pink box.

No smileys, no box to type in, no error message, just nothing.

BTW the easiest way to find your own old posts is to click on your own username and "find more posts by (you)" It gives you the last 100, which is a couple weeks worth for most of us.
