'77 Sun Visors
My 77 had new sun visors installed by the previous owner. Somehow, the visors are locked to the rod and cannot be moved in any direction. Can someone tell me how the visors attach to the rod?

They slide off and on. I bought some new ones and they aren't quite as tight as the old ones and they don't stay in position as well as I would like. I have been playing with them but I suspect that the prior owner crimped down on the metal tube that the shaft runs through and now has too much bite.
