Are they worth the money? I have a 350, planning on some 200cc aluminum heads and mild cam, already have performer intake and carb, dual exhaust. I was wondering if a nice set of roller rockers would make much of a difference. Thanks.
I agree with the guru. A set of 170 cc Edelbrock Performer heads with 64 cc chambers would be just right
With regards to the rockers...if they fall in your lap, great. But don't blow your budget on them. If you wanna do it anyway, consider a set of Comp Cams roller tip rockers instead.

200 cc heads are to big for a mild 350. The 170 or 180 would be a better combo. You do not need full roller rockers until spring pressure is over 350 lbs. I am running roller tips on mine at 300 lb pressure and run it to 7000 rpm a lot. If you have a roller cam they might be needed. for flat tappet (solid or hyd) they are not needed.
They are suppose to be worth a few horsepower due to less friction. If you have $150 or so bucks, why not get them.
Besides they look cool when the other motorheads come over and the valve covers are off.
