I think its fact. I read where Zwede got the news that Baer was going to go with their big brake kit for C3s and it was going to be released at the end of this year or first of next. From what i hear, they've had prototypes brakes and its been in the making for a while.

Does anyone know what they used for wheels on that '64? I've checked out the website for Overhaulin', and there are no tech specs on what they did to the car. If anyone knows the size and type of wheels they used I'd like to know...

i thought they said they were Foose's wheels? they even have been custom cut?

They were definitely Foose wheels, but I'm not sure about the size. Every once in a while that '64 shows up at Donut Derelicts in Huntington Beach...if I see it I'll ask the owner.
