Steering Question
With the steering box centered, is the flat part of the shaft @ 12:00?
Same for the seering column. Should the flat spot be @ 12:00?
To get everything lined up, the steering wheel is 180 out????
A picture of the ragjoint @ center would be handy.

With the gear exactly on center the flat should be at 12 o'clock. Now, when you attach the flexible coupling, the stop pins should be at 6 and 12 o'clock. The pinch bolt should be passing through the 9 o'clock position with the head pointing up. The large bolt should be at 9 o'clock the small bolt at 3 o'clock.

Just out of curiosity, what flex coupling did they originally sell you? I didn't think that Saginaw made any couplings that were 180 degrees reversed. You probably could have just reversed the big and small bolt to get your steering wheel back in the right position.
