Default Safety harness?

The C3s seat belts simply will not do. Having just a lap belt is just not going to cut it for me, I need some sort of a shoulder belt. At first I was thinking of trying to find a kit to just add a normal shoulder belt, but then a friend of mine suggested a 4 or 5 point safety harness that bolts into the chassis. This caught my attention and I did a little investigating but not too much. I found 5 point harnesses on Jegs.com for around $100. Any opinions on if this would be a good idea? Also if anyone knows of any good companies or anywhere to get good prices that would be great.

I'm putting sparco seats and 3 pt bolt in harnesses in. I saw someone else on the forum with this type setup where they removed the stock shoulder belt "feeder" and the resulting threaded hole was used for the back pt. In the mass confusion of the frame off I never checked to see if the bolts threaded in right I guess tommorow I could go check lol. Hopefully it will work or I'll mount it somewhere else I guess. He also noted it was out of the way and did not interfere with his "trunk"

I would imagine that you could adapt a C2 (1966-67) shoulder belt to your car. BTW I shared your thoughts about just having a lap belt so I installed this set last spring.
