Default Door skin comming off

What do you use to bond the door skin on????
My passenger door skin has come loose at the bottom, The door frame is OK it just looks like the factory glue gave-up after 30 years!!!
I'm thinking about useing "Liquid Nails" and a caulking gun inside the door..... anyone got a better Idea short of pulling the skin, sanding & re-glueing????

i dunno about liquid nails. A good quality fiberglass reinforced body filler, like kitty filler, would be a stronger solution i think.

Most all corvette venders sell fiberglass bonding adhesive -- this is supposed to be the best. I think it needs to be able to flex a little bit so hard drying glues might be too hard when dry.

I think that Wombvette has the best idea being that he has probably repaired more of these things than most of us have ever seen
