rolling frame
I have a 69 vette with a rusted, rotted frame. I am leaning towards buying a rolling frame.
Any advice about where to shop? Or things to watch out for

check out C3 parts for sale - 11-22-04 at 1:24 there's a guy with a frame from a 72. I think it fits a 69 as well. He says its in great shape.
not sure where you are or where he is, but it's a start.
good luck,

if you're anywhere near the DC area, let me know, I'll give you a hand.
Never done it before, but I'm gonna have to pull my 71 coupe apart sooner or later and am looking to help others before I take the plunge.

'69 frame/rolling chassis
Where are you located? I have a '69 and a '70 rolling chassis--both automatic/coupe--but both will work nicely in a '69.

I am also in the market for a rolling chassis. I am in San Diego, and so far my best lead is this:

I've talked to these guys a little, and they seem very nice and helpful. But, they are in Cali, so you would have to ship the frame.....
