Yes George is the owner along with his wife who you probably spoke to.

You will need to reinforce the backside of the holes as I don't think there is any thing that could glue that small of a cross section of vinyl together for very long. You will need to go out several holes on each side of the tear and carefully cut the foam backing out and scrape it off of the vinyl. Then you will need to glue a backing piece to the backside of the vinyl. I used styrene and locktite "Stick 'n Seal". Whatever you use for a backing test drill a hole to make sure you get a clean hole. I used a spring clamp and two laminate samples wrapped in wax paper to clamp it together. After the glue dries (@24hrs) use the gap filler to fill the crack and wait another 24 hours. Lightly wet sand the gap filler and drill out the holes with a 7/64 drill bit. Use a new sharp drill bit and make sure you use light preasure to "drill" through the backing piece. This works fine if the vinyl around the crack is not too brittle. Mine was very brittle and I ended up making some new cracks during the drilling. So I carefully removed the patch, cut out the foam under the entire area of grill and reinforced the whole shebang. Since I'm **** and for preventative measures I did the other side too. I just finished drilling out the 1102 holes last night. I will post pictures of the completed patch this evening, and finished picures after I air brush the dye on.

Carl,

You posted while I was typing. Looks really good. I really like the gap filler and also did several areas on my lower dash pad.
