Default 69 427 Project Update (Dial up Beware)

Well guys here are some pictures of the project. It has been 1 1/2 years in the making and many $$$ later I might be on the road by New Years. I still need to get to the alingment shop and have hood and rear valace painted. I will have it stripped and Painted next year at some point. Thinking of Steel Cities Gray, hmmmm. This has been a huge project and one I enjoyed very much even though it got out of control at times. How many times did I say to myself, "Mr D your in to deep, keep going" haha Enjoy the pictures.

This is what I started with. What was I thinking!!!!

This Body looks ok from afar but has many issues

Engine and Frame is complete, about 18K for those that want to know. WOW, What was I thinking!!!!

New donner 69 body I found on Ebay, boy I'm getting in deep now

Almost complete with 20 foot paint job

Still need to put more parts back here

427 Tri-Power, I'm guessing about 450hp, Dyno will be tell all

Windshield frame was bad, the rest of the cage was good. Had damage in all four wheel wells and really needed 2 fenders and a Rear Qrt for starters. Floor board was cracked in 3 areas and the battery box had a hole in it you could throw a cat through. I was looking at $6000 in parts and labor just to get it ready for paint. I cut my losses on that body.
