Does anyone know what Font is used for the word "corvette" used for our years? I'm trying to get some custom embriodery done.
Not sure that it was an official font. I was messing around with something in Photoshop a few months back and needed the Vette font. Did a Google on "Corvette Font" and found several freeware fonts. If the embroidery is being setup with a computer that might be all you need.
It may be a copyrighted font, which means you may not find it. I ran into a similar problem trying to copy the Chase Bank logo. (for legitimate reasons )

Could you tell me what fonts they were? do you still have them?
Thanks for the link djunod, but it still doenst have the exact font I need. Some were pretty close, but the 2 t's all have the curve at the bottom, whereas on the old logo's they were straight. I might be getting a little to **** about this. But I wanted it to match my floor mats. I may just have to go with a newer corvette font. Oh and does anyone know where I can get a pic of our crossed flags?
If you can get a good digital photo of the corvette logo, there are some freeware software packages out there that can convert individual letters to letters in a custom font you can use in Excel or Word. Don't know if that helps you much....
