Default Electric exhaust dumps...

I have been wanting to install a set of electric dumps in my vette. The car is rarely driven so daily driving issues are of no concern. I would like some noise when I feel the need. What are your thoughts?

I've looked at the same idea, Jegs sells one that is cable accuated, and a manual one with a cover held on by wing nuts. Both are very reasonably priced. Electric would be easy to deal with but I don't see a lot of proplems with the cable operated one. I have side pipes so I already have a pretty nice (noise) level. Keep me posted as to your decision.

I ran an electric cutouts on my transam at one point. It was cool having a "volume ****" for the exhaust.. It's a fun gadget, but I kept mine fully open most of the time and eventually decided to remove the plates and just run the open cutouts...

I ran mccord power cutouts, and they were cool about 3 years ago. I've heard good things about http://www.quicktimeperformance.com/QTEC/ as well...
