Default Carb question

I've been debating what I wanted to do to get more power out of my car and I realized I didn't even know which model holley was on my car. This is the carb it ends up being
http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLine/Products/FMS/FMSC/0-80508S.html
anyone know if this carb is any good? Seems weird that it says Ford A/T kickdown...but I'm sure one of you knows better than I do.

That's a 750 cfm model 4160 carb. Doesn't matter what linkage it has as long as you're getting full throttle travel - many of the Holley carbs are set up for the unique Ford type A/T kickdown system. It will perform very well as long as you do a precise setup on float levels, primary & secondary throttle blade angles, and jet it right (start with the stock size 72 jets).

I went out and tried to determine what size jets were already on there, but I don't really know how to tell. The jets have the numbers 45r-312 on all 4 jets, any clue what size that makes them?
