I put a watch on this because it was at 150 with no bids. He must have changed it. 1500 come on.

Darn proud of it isn't he. I would get a Bairs or Van Steel before going that $1500.

That guy must be confused. Noticed he calls the halfshafts "CV joints"

cv joint = constant velocity joint and our cars don't have them, they are sort of hubs with an outer run that holds some ball bearings and an inner ball that also has slots for the ball bearings, this allows the ball bearings to transfer load like splines but you can move the 2 sides independently from each otehr. CV joints are nice but heavy and expensive also.

He may have made a typo in the initial listing. Or maybe he decided he does not want to sell it.

It must be 1 of those ultra rare 69 differentials with the super duper rare 3.55 gear option

Yea, I've been watching this too. He did originally have the starting price at 150 then today changed it to 1500. You can get a new one from Ecklers for 1200.

$1150 for a rear that clearly just came out of the car (look at the paint scrapped off the cover) and has no side yokes?

It's pitted bad enough that it MAY just have been recovered from the bottom of the ocean. Perhaps the long lost Corvette that sank with the Titanic? That would make it...um...rare.

Good one Paul !

-But seriously, it's advertised as a new rebuild, so we're not sure what type of interns are there. Maybe it's titanium gears or something.
