Default [TECH] Stock plugs on a slightly modified engine ???

Dart recommended Champion V59Y race plugs to go with their heads, but these plugs are fouling.....since I operate at 2000-4000RPM in stop and go traffic, I'm wondering if I should use stock plugs for my setup???????

Setup=Holley 600 carb, Performer intake, Dart Iron eagle heads (180cc/72cc), XE262 cam, stock mainfolds with side pipes, 9.3:1 compression, running on 96 pump gas.......

Also anyone with a similar setup......could you post the plugs you are using (brand & part#)........I'm looking at using Champion RV17YC, which I can buy off the shelf here........

The engine is too rich or the plugs are too cold. Step up on on the heat range or go back to the stock recommended plugs.

What's wrong with Champion ??????? If I add two stroke oil to my gas, will that make the Champion plugs run better ???????

I been using Champion plugs for 30 years, nothin wrong with um. Get some 2025's or the RV's and drive the car as you normally would. If it rattles when it is warmed up go a couple steps cooler. If they begin to foul, go a couple steps warmer.

Simple.

Hope this helps.
