Hey guys, all the vettes are cool, if for no other reason than they are a vette. Don't get too jacked over Gene's comment, he probably has time on his hands and wanted to get a 12 page thread going. He does this now and then on the HP of motors BB vs SB VS crate ###, when things get slow here. So have a happy holiday season.

Now you are just making me down right jealous. Seriously, that is a beautiful engine and bay. For now I have to live with my tired 350. Like the old Datsun 280z commerical with the young kid looking at the car goes....someday! When I watched the vette commercial you posted, I thought of that old Nissan commercial.

Everything I have always read said '68s were considered the worst quality Vettes of all time. That does not speak to its performance, etc., just that the assembly was of very low quality.
