i realize this is not what you are looking for check so this one out
why not an electric impact hammer and a $90 pancake tank? and remember the impact hammer will ruin the chrome on the lugnuts
on the electric. i work on air compressors for a living so take this advice, it's good advice for what your paying for it. if you plan on taking off lugnuts, you are simply throwing money away with anything smaller than a 20gal.
personally, if your going to spend any kind of money at all, i'd recommend a 60 gallon, oil lubed at a minimum. anything smaller will likely be oil free (read garbage) and will run so much and be so loud, you'll have to wear ear plugs in your own garage.
for my home garage, i currently use a dewalt (corded) electric for lugnuts. i just sold my garage compressor so i have to keep my eyes open for another good trade!
