Tuned Port fuel injection on your stock bottom end and true dual exhaust.

no doubt about that.. Stock heads flow like crap... Unless you know how to port them yourself... it's a good idea to start with a good set of heads....

If you want some inexpensive light weight heads that flow decent, you could try the GM high output aluminum heads. They're the same ones that come on the ZZ4 engine and are based off of the L98 head casting. Nothing exotic, but decent light aluminum heads (have stock valve size).
