It will fit but usually radiators for manual trannies do not have the built in tranny cooler so you would have to run an external cooler.

Edit: I need to add a disclaimer... I don't know for sure it will fit. The cooler thing I know though...

Pretty sure they are both 27 1/2" wide cores, but I agree with Zwede that you won't get a cooler for the trans with a stick radiator.

Corvettes were not equipped with aluminum radiators in 73...they all used the same unit which could be interchanged with auto or manual transmission. The GM# 3030199 got the call to serve both big block and small block from 1973-76 for LS4, L48 and L82 applications.

PS...these were brass copper units. The unit you found should have a metal tag on the passenger side with broadcast code, date code and part number...is it still present?

The answer is NO. The 73 original, as pointed out was C/B, and it has a 27.5" core. The upper neck is 1.5" and curved 45 degree. The lower neck is 1.75"

The 77-82 radiator uses a 26.25" core, so it won't fit the core support. The upper neck is a 1.5" or 1.25" (depending on HP option) straight connection. The lower is a 1.5" connection.

Two totally different models, not to mention the missing trans cooler.

Get one of his aluminum rads. You won't be disappointed.
