I'm no mechanic, but I am pretty handy with a tape measure and should be able to help you with this but will need more info.
1. From where on the air cleaner to where on the radiator?
2. In inches or cm?
3. Never heard this question before, what are you thinkin?

Anything for an Army Guy!

From the center of the air cleaner on my 72 SB to the rear of the radiator is approximately 21 inches.

From the leading edge of the 14" air cleaner to the radiator is approximately 14 inches. See pic below.

15" from the front of the air filter can to the back of the radiator support.
9 1/4" from the front of the air filter can to the shroud.

This is on my 73 with an L48 small block and the factory air filter. Joe

PS here's a picture:

So about 15 inches. Perfect.

I have a pair of grand national turbos, and a pair of carbuerators from a turbo esprite.

I am thing of moving the radiator forward as far as I can and mounting the intercooler paralell to the hood. between the carbs and the radiator. The turbos are going to mounted low in front of the front crossmember and the pullies.

Probably gonna modify a hood to direct the high pressure air from underneath the car through the intercooler and out of the hood like the C5R does.

Finally, a use for the fake holes in a stock 68-72 big block hood. Sounds like a cool project.
