Default [Help] Need Holley parts!

A friend of my Dad's is building a carb for my car, but I need some parts. I need the choke assembly and choke plate for a Holley 6210 (Q-jet replacement).

Anybody have an old carb lying around, or know where I can go to find this stuff? Any help is appreciated.

I have a 6210 and these carbs do not have a factory Holley choke assembly that I can find. I seached the catalogs and even called Holley, they told me that an electronic or hot air choke does not exist for this replacement carb. The best I could do was get an old spring type mechanical choke and rig it up.

Best bet is probably Ebay for an old one or a good swap meet. The parts stores (Advance, AutoZone, Orilleys, etc) can all order Holley parts. You can call Holley again just to be sure.

Thanks all for the replies. Looks like I've got a line on another used carb with the parts I need.

Am I correct in assuming that the Holley also uses the choke spring in the intake manifold?

Some do, some are electric. I had a Holley Q-jet replacement on a 455 Pontiac I used to have. It was supposed to be a replacement for 69 400-bb truck or something. It used the spring on the intake for choke. I think you can go to Holleys site and see what it had originally using the list number.
