Morning Speed-
Attach the sturt first. Put the bolt through but do not tighten. Then line up the half shaft to the spindle flange. This worked for me real well on my passenger side. Also, on my driver side, I just backed out the flange bolts so they were loose and then attached the strut rod. Once the half shaft is tight... you will not have much movement with the T/A.
take a look at the back portion of trailing arm and you'll see what i mean. looking for more info was told 1/2 shafts first because everything will adjust to them.
