Default Summit Customer Service-Very Good

My wife ordered me braided fuel lines Christmas. The guy on the phone told me at the time of order that the fuel log was on back order and they would let me know when it was to arrive. I called them back on Monday and asked about my fuel log. He told me that he would have to call me back because it looked like they had been shipped from Russell but they had not recieved them yet. Sure enough, Tuesday afternoon I got a phone call from the same guy that I talked to on Monday and he had the full scoop on the fuel log. I was very impressed. I had given up on the return phone call when I hung up the phone. I just wanted to pass along my good experience with Summit Customer Service. This kind of service will keep me coming back for sure.

I have ordered from Summit before but I never had to deal with their customer service. I have heard many horror stories about their service, this is the first time I hear something positive about them....

I've had to return some parts and got no static at all from Summit....however....I got stuck with some stuff from Northern Auto Parts that they wouldn't take back...now when I get one of their catalogs in the mail it gets dumped.

I ordered a shifter from them and it was missing the peice that holds the cable to the trans. The guy I talked to was very nice and appoligized and overnighted me the part that was missing, no questions asked.

I've been a loyal customer ever since.
