Default Engine Vendors

I want you guys to give me some links for some engine vendors that sell engine packages. I finaly saved up $4,000 that I'm ready to spend on a nice engine in time for the spring.

I'm gonna need a place that sells packages though If I buy the block seperatley I won't have money to buy the other parts.

And no I don't plan to use any of my stock engine parts for the new one since they will be cleaned, and stored for when I rebuild my original engine

Default Engine Vendors.

Why don't you take a look here:

http://www.actionsalvage.com/engineschevrolet.asp

http://www.atk-engines.com/

http://www.wla-engine.com/

http://www.wiegand-liners.com/chevrolet-engines.html

http://www.jasperengines.com/gas-eng.htm

http://www.marshallengines.com/

http://www.reconengines.com/remanproc.html

http://www.paceparts.com/

http://www.engine-transmission.com/

Most of these companies sell remanufactures engines. Some companies listed also sell used engines or preformance engines.

Hope this is what your looking for

When asking for quotes, do not forget to mention if your want to keep your own engine, because most companies will assume you will exchange your engine with the "new" one.

Don't overlook GM Parts Direct

http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/

I believe they have a very good warranty on the new performance engines they sell.

Get the item numbers and call your local GM dealer for prices.

Call or visit Sallee Chevy for good prices. That's where I got my heads.

Jim Pace or Scoggins Dickey.
