locking gas cap
I have found the locking gas cap that was on my 72 when I bought it back in 1978. It is chrome and has 1 key, but it is not the B&S key that I guess is what collectors like. Any ideas how to ID it and what it's worth? I figure about $72,000,000.00 on ebay.I think it's a total piece of crap myself that why I pulled it off in '78.Still haven't found the original 67 owners manual I saved when I sold the car, that should pull $47,000,000.00

Judging from some of the recent sales and posts, I think the manual will get more money if there is a misprint on the cover. Perhaps "Corvete?" Maybe "Corvett?" A little white out should get this done.

what is the ''b&s key''???- i bought a nos 1973 locking gas cap from chicago corvette(you need them to get into vette fest,, or duct tape your cap)2 yrs ago and that cap cost me $125.00 so it cant be worth much more than that.
