When i went to 700R4 and got rid of my Cruise control modual. I just bought the 82 700 speeo cable from chevy. I was able to install it in the back of the speedo gauge without pulling the dash.

Well, there are a couple other things I wanna take care of under the dash anyway...Just easier to have it out of the way.

Got the new cable, it's about 3'' shorter than stock, but I think i can route it back to the tranny.
