Yes, I had this idea a long time ago but never shared it. Put it on an IRC server, setup a java link on the site so people don't need to have an IRC client installed. Would allow quick answers to the simple problems and plenty of opportunity to BS about all of life's BS and hopefully keep it out of the forum. I sit in a general car talk chat room with some people from another forum all the time and we rarely talk cars. Just share links, etc until a car problem arises then we spring into action. Would also be useful for fixing our daily drivers.

Umm, I had this Idea about a month ago and started a limited forum at "Delfi" If you wont a chat, I'de be glad to Pay the initial fee and intiate the chat room. I hadn't said anything any where yet. There are a few posts here , by me, just an alternative posting place but if yall are interested check it out. I'de never give up Corvette forum I Just realy dig the forum but I think a chat would be great! And hey it never hurts to have extra right? If you have any trouble go ahead and sign up, its free and search for the forum "Corvette Chit" I had in mind Chit Chat..LOL
