The forum 'Bar' in OT is basically the CF chatroom.. It's not like a regular chat rrom but it still is good enough to effectively communicate like in an actual chatroom!

I actually said that the bar threads (in off topic) are basically chatrooms, but then I realized I wasnt in off topic. They rarely talk about carsin the bars.

I would agree that i don't like reading garbage posts, but if something is posted, and you think its irrelevent or useless..don't click on it. There are many posts on here that i don't click on...its not like I have to click on all of them. And yes, a chat room would be nice...and maybe someone could organize Q/A sessions with different members or topics.

A chatroom has been discussed in the past. Basically, it would require additional overhead and would be difficult to police.
With some frequency, people will organise chats through AIM or Yahoo messenger. Those seem to be the easiest way to do chatrooms for CF members.
