Hey Suspension Vendors!
Few years back Allen's Exhaust use to sell front coil springs out of their trailer. Supposedly these were manufactured by a racing company and were made to better specs (as I remember the story). Any idea what the small block spring rate was? Are any vendors still selling this setup?
I have these along with a TRW rear spring that I can't remember now what rate it is. Is there any way to tell by inspecting the spring itself? I was thinking of changing the shocks after reading more about valving and the 'glass springs. Wanted to double check the "package" against what's offered now in sets. Most of my stuff was purchased 4-5yrs ago and has yet too see the street. Maybe this year...

The big block spring they sold was a 550 rate spring and the small block spring they sold was 460 rate.

Thanks, how about the TRW rear 'glass spring? Actually bought it from you folks years ago. Any markings that distinquish spring rates?
Are they still manufacturing/selling these front springs any more, or is this like the epoxy coated of the early '90's?
