A $90 tool will do double flares for soft steel.
The brake line vendors have computer controlled tube bending machines. These machines will do a much better job than you can do.
Paragon's stainless steel brake lines have the soft steel fittings color coded as the original were. Classic Tube stainless steel brakes lines have stainless steel fittings.
