Closed the Deal today
On a 68 coupe from jon68L69. 
Jon was VERY patient with me as I had about 248½ questions for him. Buying a car over the internet sight unseen (except for pictures) is a harrowing experience but with John’s patience and understanding the whole episode was tolerable.
He supplied me with more than adequate pictures. I would ask a question and he would send pictures back to me very quickly. He was tolerant when I sent two fellow forum members to also have a look at the car for me (A big THANK YOU to Roy 
aka Too Slow '90 and John aka VolFan615).
I’m pretty excited to be a C3 owner again.
It has been 26 years since my introduction into the Corvette world. I’m sure there will be many a sleepless (or dreamful) night between now and the arrival of the car. :o It was funny today as I was driving (at work) that I kept seeing photo spots for the car. Just couldn’t get it off my mind today.
Now comes the job of getting it (and the extra motor and hood) transported and across the country and into Canada. I’m thinking of shipping the car to Seattle and then driving it north to home from there. Can’t wait until it is ROADTRIP time.

Congrats on the purchase. I finally made a return to the Corvette world last year after a 15-year absence. There is nothing like getting back in the saddle after so many years spent dreaming and saying "...one day I'll get another one." Enjoy!
