DaBo: Any interest in a '79 dark green, original L 48 with original 4-speed; approx 90000 miles, and (unfortunately for you) doeskin interior? Take a look at it on my profile; overall, very good shape but not perfect. I drive it, not show it. Only two things I'd fix right now are the power windows (I need to disassemble/clean/reassemble) and a/c (blows cold but won't hold a charge, converted it last year).

My last 76 that I owned for 11 years, had buckskin / tan interior and I am really not a fan. It looks really good in some cars, it's just not for me at this time. I am also looking for the interior changes, (dash, seats, etc) that the later C3's had.

I just passed this on to a friend of mine looking for a C5 vert he can modify. The price is where he's looking. I have a black/grey 82 with 28K miles but it would take cash on your end. How's the vert top? I noticed what appears to be fraying around the back window in the pics. My window popped out of my 98 at 35K miles. It took a new top to fix it. There are several black 82's for sale on Corvette Trader and E-bay.

1982 Collector Edition
I have a 1982 Collector Edition C3 that I have for sale. It is all original with numbers matching. The only thing I got to restore is the interior. The vehicle is in good original condition with only 87000 miles. The engine works as it should; I took off one of the throttle body covers to replace it and never got the chance because my job transferred me to Colorado Springs. It would only take about $400 dollars to get it running again. Let me know if you're interested and I'll e-mail you some photos.
