'71 LS-5, 4-speed Coupe - Matching #'s
****THIS GREAT CAR IS SOLD**** Thanks, Matt!
After 16 wonderful years together, I think it's time to move on. Unfortunately, the driver’s area seems to have shrunk quite a bit in the last few years.
Excellent condition, matching-number car
LS-5 454 (365hp)
M-21 close-ratio 4-speed
3.70 rear gear
PS/PB
Chambered Exhaust
The carb on the car is not the correct casting, but I have a correct core. I also have the original dual-snorkel air cleaner.
$26,500
Car is in Colorado, just north of CO Springs. Send me a message and I will give you a phone number.

Hi Tex,
I THINK the only way to get pictures in a post is to copy the 'IMG' code for each of the pictures at the site you're using to host them... like Photobucket.
NICE looking 71 bb car!
Regards,
Alan

Tex,
Wow, bump for a beautiful car at a reasonable price. GLWS.
Nutsy,
Don't see no gouges on these fenders! 10-4 on the sight unseen thing; as I, too, was burned once. Got two words for you: Southwest Airlines.

Thanks for the kind comments. I did use the [img] thing and tried it from both Photobucket and then the forum album. Neither worked - I'm kinda stumped.
I totally understand, nutsy. I bought a '70 Elky from a dealer in Indiana and when it was delivered, it had a LOT of undisclosed problems. Like Rickman said, fly SWA and have a little Colorado vacation while you're out here.

Thanks for all the interest, everyone! I was out all day yesterday and wasn't able to respond to anyone till this morning. I'll try to get the additional pictures that some have requested today.

Ozman-
Ironically, I moved the car out here from DFW a couple of years ago. I've since sold my trailer though. Not sure what you're asking about the VCs being reversed. There is no oil fill on the driver's side VC.
