The Barrett Jackson auction is on the tube tonight. They just sold a Black '88 Calloway, 6900 original miles, for $34,000. Said it was # 15 of 400, but Corvette Specs says there were only 105 were made. Wonder why B/J made such an error (if one was made)

Plenty of errors are frequently made on these awesome cars -
One of the biggest errors, is in the spelling of the car itself - it is Callaway - with an"A"
Also, Callaway Cars constructed 125 cars for 1988 and referring to the book, Cor-Vette Specs, the number 105 used is in reference to the cars that left the plant with RPO B2K - some cars (20 of them) were "Direct Conversion" cars.
