Painted calipers
Anyone have an pics of painted calipers on red vettes? What did you use to paint them?

Not a red Vette, but the calipers are red.
I used the FoliaTec paint to paint them and so far they seem to be holding up well.

You can get the caliper paint in aerosol cans at almost any auto parts store. I painted mine to match the car when I painted and used a basecoat/clearcoat.

red calipers on a silver car here...used the 2 part epoxy from ecklers. it was a lil expensive ($40), but it went on REAL nice and its held up well so far. i'll try and post some photos tonight.

Got red calipers on my 96. See My Photos. I used Duplicolor Caliper Paint Kit. Comes with brake cleaner, brush, paint, and masking tape. Got it from my local auto parts store for $15. The red is a little darker than the car itself, but definatley does the job.

Duplicolor for me too! Everything to do all 4 calipers with plenty to spare. Fast drying and hard finish.

I used Sunrise Red from rustolium, it's almost a perfect match for Torch Red. If your going to spray, rustolium Safety Red is a perfect match.
