Stock wheel material

Does anyone know for SURE what the factory stock wheels on a 95 coupe are made of and coated with? What are the best products to clean and polish these wheels? Also, this may be a stupid question, is the steering wheel leather or vinyl? I would assume leather, but it sure looks and feels like vinyl.

I believe the stering wheel is covered with leather. I'm assuming that you have the saw blade wheels. If so, they are alumunum, with a clear paint coat. You can strip the clear-coat off with any paint stripper from your local hardware store.

To clean and polish the clearcoat on your wheels, use the same products you use on the body paint.

The wheels are aluminum and powder coated.
