What the hell is going on??? Last year, despite the cold, I was at least able to take her out for a good ride once in awhile. This season, I haven't been out of the garage. I have a new set of carpets waiting for a little warmth to install, as well as some weatherstrip and door panels. As I sit here with my nose pressed against the window, it is now sleeting on top of the 24" plus of snow we already have. Sorry, had to rant!!!!!!!!!!
got the engine out of the vette so I am using the 4x4 ...........problem is its been about 45 most of the week....... not fair does anyone want to swap their snow, so while I am using the 4x4 I could at least have some fun
Sorry guys but since I just moved here under a year ago I can't resist - it was 74 degrees today - gotta love the so-cal sun! Hang in there, it has got to thaw out sooner or later.

We here in the frozen tundra of Michigan feel your pain brother. For something to do during this time you might want to cruise this Corvette-related forum: www.domesticmisfits.com
They even have a BABE section!
Real nice here today. Drove the Covette to work. First time in about a week, I get withdrawal easy. Supposed to be around 50°-55° today, around 60° tomorrow, might have to give her a bath, and a fresh wax job.
VetteBoy,
I share your pain. I work in Cumberland RI, so I know that the weather's been nasty. I did see someone driving a dark colored early C4 coupe through town last week during a snowfall, but he's gotta be nuts.
BTW, if you see a dark red 87 coupe going through one of your patrols this spring, and it's going a little too fast, take it easy on the driver. I hear he's a real nice guy.
Going to be 50 and sunny here tomorrow, might take the battery over to the storage garage and go for a spin.
Snow forcasted for next week. (How can weather forcasters get away with that crapola? They're not bright enough to look out a window for the current conditions, yet they forcast a week in advance?)
I'm wearing my brand new "Puxatawny Phil" coat, enjoying the warmth of it and staring at my baby in the barn with a couple a feet of snow out the door.
Little sucka saw his shadow and predicted a longer winter.
