Relaxing Afternoon...
Man, that looks great.
Black is one of those love/hate colours, when it looks good I don't think there is a better colour, but if not properly maintained black can be a nightmare. You and Mr. Clay Bar have done a nice job. Hey, I just bought a clay bar (have never used it before)_ to do my 91. Any suggestions, special techniques, etc.?
Dude, is it just the picture, or do you REALLY need new rubber?

As far as the tires go, they're not as bad as they look in the picture, but it is time for new rubber. I planning on ordering a new set of Kumhos here pretty soon, just trying to decide which ones.

If any other forum members have tried Speed Shine, what do you think about it?

Haven't used it in years. I use 3M clear coat rubbing compound applied by hand its a lot faster and does a much better job.
The clay bar is a compound mixed with a clay and its really a very light cleaner.
The compound used by hand will not cut the paint it just cleans years of neglect. It removes ring stratches under the door handles, light scraps, paint rubs, etc.
That black car sure looks good though. Is that a Callaway?
And you do need tires.
