I've wanted a Tool/Garage forum at this site for the longest time. I just don't understand why there is a problem in starting one.
I'm sure the argument would be that there is not enough interest. How does one know this unless you put one in.
I say lets put one in, if after a year there is not enough interest we pull it out. What harm is there in that.
