Default Security Problems

My Security light comes on randomly...even when I am driving the car. The alarm goes off, when the security system isn't even armed. I have a brand new ECM...so I am wondering if it is a wiring problem. I saw some thread similar to this one...but any where the light would come on while driving. Please help if you can.

Also, does anyone know how to remove factory window tinting...the owner before me put on some aftermarket tinting. It started to peel, so I took it off...some of the factor tinting came off with it. I have tried razor blades, but had little luck.

Thanks in advance

DD

The tint film will come off if you do the following: Take Saran wrap and apply it to the film, smoothing it out as you apply it. Using a hair dryer, apply heat to the windows from the outside. Then pull the Saran wrap quickly,to pull it off. The window tint film should come off with the Saran wrap.

A product called goof-off will take off adhesive. Home Depot carries it.

Use Goo Gone. It removes adheasive, cleans stains on carpet and is a great all around cleaner.
