Assuming both cars are the same what kind of price premium is an 85 over an 84?

Default I have an '85
a couple main features of the '85 are the tuned port injection instead of the throttle body injection. And more stock horsepower.
I guess it depends on who you ask. To me the '85 might be worth another grand, give or take five hundred....

Besides the engine, the 84 suspension is VERY stiff, even in base form.
I would guess abount $1000 more for an 85.

If you're contemplating purchasing an 84 or 85, definitely go with the 85. It has many more advantages, some already mentioned in previous posts.
