When I go to "edit profile picture", it is there at my User CP area.
Red 89 R, right size picture, etc. Just cannot get it to the signature.

Probably scaled it wrong proportions. If you need help email the original file to me and I'll return it. Also when you say signature are you wanting it to appear under your name on the left side like an avatar, if so you need to add your picture as a custom avatar not the signature.

In your reply that your posting here, are you checking the box that says "show your signature" in the additional options part of the reply?

As for being squished...check this out!

play with the scaling until you get it right. It took me a while. sorry but I do not recall the size offhand.
