windshield wiper problem
my wipers will only go a couple inches off the resting position. I tried taking off the blades and the wiper bases still would only go so far. Is it the relay or the motor, anyone know?? thanks

My '85 had the same symptoms. It turned out the wiring plug on the firewall below the driver's side wiper had been disconnected somehow. The plug was not tight together. When those connections are bad, the wipers just go a little ways.
