My dad has a 96 LT4, that keeps getting water in the passenger floor board. The top doesnt' leak, and it doesnt' matter where the car is facing down or up, in the driveway. He has cleaned the drains for the AC, and at the base of the windsheild where the wipers are, am I missing something...
This might be a dumb question, but are you positive that the water you're seeing is not antifreeze? If it is definitely water, double check your radiator and ensure there's antifreeze in there and not straight water.
Has your windshield or weather stripping been changed lately?
You say that you're sure the top is not leaking. Just because you don't see an immediate leak when you put water on the top doesn't mean it's not leaking. Water can be getting in and can travel quite a distance before it's noticed. To be sure, add some non-staining coloring to water and pour it on the top very slowly and see if it gets in. You can do that in different spots with different colors to determine its origin of entry.
