Code 36???
Check engine came on today and its coming up as Code 36. I looked in my Haynes book, but it skipps from code 35 o 41.
Anyone know what Code 36 means for an 88???

glad to see you got help on your code question,, i am trying to understand a code 4. after the 12 i get blink blink blink blink ! all the codes are 2 digit, right? what is a 4? mine is 88' also......

Are you real sure you're not getting a 13 which is Oxygen Sensor Circuit (open circuit) or, a 22 which is Throttle Position Sensor?
