You need to have the picture on a web server (this could be a photo hosting site or a regular web server). If you have a URL for the image you're there. Copy the URL for the picture and put it between [img] and [/img] in your post.

Right click on the picture you want to post, then move the curser over the properties option and left click. Copy the address (hold the left button down and slide to the right to highlight the entire address it will look like this http:/www.somesite.com/yada,yada....) next go back to the forum, slide the cursor over the little picture just above where you are typing. Left click, this should open a script prompt, right click on the highlighted http:/, move the cursor down to paste, then left click. This should write the address from the picture you want to post into the prompt. Click Ok and your picture should be shown in your post after you left click Submit Reply.
