Sheesh...40 guys look at the post, and not ONE knows the answer to this?? Either that, or there's just more "tude" with the C4 crowd.

No “tude” with this crowd…… 
My Helms manual only gives pressures for an engine that is at operating temperature, with the spark plugs removed and the butterfly’s wide open. Crank each cylinder through four compression strokes.
No cylinder should be less than 100 PSI and the lowest reading cylinder should not be less than 70% of the highest.
