The hardtop fits 88-96 verts so you should have no problems. Just make sure it comes with the brackets and the 10 attaching bolts. The CC2 hardtop option also came with the ratchet and Torx head (T40) and a protection pad for the rear decklid.
Check to insure the hardtop weather stripping is in good condition. It is very expensive to replace!!
c4cruiser listed the parts that should come with your top. Also, you might want to get am 8mm box wrench rachet for the two rear bolts. Learn from my example - don't be like a dumbass like me and get in a hurry and strip the rear bolt heads. Not good! The top will take you a while to install at first (probably 20-30 mins), but after a while you can install it in 10-15 mins. You'll either need a pulley system in your garage roof, or a second person to help lift the top on and off.
Enjoy your hard top - it completely changes the way your 'vette handles.

I've got a hard top on my 87, it had holes cut by the sunvisors in order to get to thread the bolts for the hardtop. Good thing I didn't do it. They look awesome IMHO. My wife says it looks better than a coupe.
